Northern Dynasty
This case alleges that Northern Dynasty documentation contained numerous misrepresentations and were materially misleading regarding the risks of a required permitting process for the Pebble Mine project in Alaska. It seeks damages for class members who suffered losses as a result of the alleged misrepresentations from the company, its directors and underwriters.
The court will decide at a later date if the case will proceed as a class action.
The case seeks to represent anyone who acquired Northern Dynasty securities between June 25, 2020 up to and including November 25, 2020.

- April 13, 2022: Justice Glustein of the Superior Court of Justice has ordered, with the consent of all parties, that this action be discontinued.
