Karen Whibley, Senior Law Clerk

Karen Whibley is a Senior Law Clerk with over thirty years of solid litigation experience.  She has a strong background in commercial litigation, class actions and more recently, construction law. Karen assists counsel with large, complex matters at discovery, mediation, arbitration and trial.

Karen has considerable experience in administering document intensive files. She reviews, analyses and manages the production of documentary evidence and provides document management support using large databases on a variety of software platforms.

Karen has an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario.  She is a proponent of continuing education and is involved in mentoring and training law clerks and legal assistants.
