We are always looking for talented, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial people to join our class action team. Whether or not we are currently looking to fill a vacancy, we welcome applications for positions as associate lawyers, legal assistants, law clerks, summer students and articling students.

LAWYERS

Want to be part of Canada’s leading class action litigation team? Send your résumé, academic transcripts and writing samples to hr@sotos.ca. Preferred candidates will have high academic standing, excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated talent in advocacy and analytical thinking. A drive to succeed and passion for the law are a must.

Mid-Level Class Actions Litigation Associate

Sotos Class Actions, one of Canada’s leading Class Action firms, is seeking a Mid-Level Class Action Associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated and talented lawyer with strong academic credentials, exceptional writing skills, and sharp analytical thinking. About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for a driven associate to contribute meaningfully to high-profile and complex class action matters. While direct experience in class actions is an asset, it is not required. What We’re Looking For: • Strong academic background (law degree required) • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Proven ability to analyze complex legal issues • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic • A team player with a commitment to professional growth • Experience in competition law (preferred) Why Join Sotos LLP?
