Power Window Switches

This class action alleges that the defendants unlawfully conspired to rig bids for and artificially inflate the prices of Power Window Switches used in Automotive Vehicles and sold to dealers and consumers across Canada from January 1, 2003 to February 28, 2013.

A Power Window Switch, which is installed in the door frame of an Automotive Vehicle, raises or lowers the Automotive Vehicle’s power windows when pressed or pulled.
