Idan Erez, Associate

Idan Erez is a member of the Bar in the Province of Ontario and in the State of Georgia. He practices in our litigation and class action departments. He has acted successfully for plaintiffs on class actions concerning pharmaceutical product liability, consumer rights, and data breaches.

Idan has been widely recognized by his colleagues, including as one of Canada’s ‘Best Lawyers’ in franchise law and personal injury litigation.
He has appeared in the Ontario Superior Court and Divisional Court as well as in the Superior Court of British Columbia and the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench.

Idan offers bilingual legal services in English and Hebrew, making him a valuable resource for Hebrew-speaking clients in Toronto, Hamilton and beyond.
