Denna Jalili, Associate

Prior to joining Sotos, Denna summered and articled at a leading corporate and securities litigation boutique in Toronto.

Denna earned his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the University of Toronto and has distinguished himself academically, earning the prestigious Rotman Scholar Award for his exceptional performance in a core MBA course. While at law school, Denna honed his legal skills by serving as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, where he represented students in various disciplinary proceedings at the University of Toronto, including twice before the Tribunal of the Governing Council.
