Eligibility: All Canadians who entered into an eligible FX Instrument or purchased or participated in an Investment Vehicle that entered into an FX Instrument between January 1, 2003 and December 31, 2013.

Distribution Amount: $135,000,000

Deadline: Claim deadline has passed; proceeds to be paid out in mid-2022.
