Eligibility: All current or former clients of BMO who received notice that their personal information was accessed or accessible as a result of a data breach on or about May 27, 2018.

Distribution Amount: $12,757,540 to BMO clients in Groups 1, 2 or 4, plus an additional $8,465,535 subject to claims by affected BMO clients in Groups 1, 2 or 3.

Deadline: The claim deadline has passed; all proceeds have been paid out.
